The Maitland Area Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce our
First Annual “12 Days Of Christmas!” Raffle.
Here’s a little bit about the Raffle and how it works…
Tickets are sold from November 1st through December 1st, for $10/each or 3 for $25! Beginning on December 5th, we will hold daily drawings through December 16th. On December 5th, “12th Day of Christmas” there will be 12 prizes awarded, on December 6th, “11th Day of Christmas” there will be 11 prizes awarded and so on down through December 16th, the “1st Day of Christmas” where one lucky winner will receive $500 CHRISTMAS CASH!!!
This is a total of 78 prizes in all! WOW! Merry Christmas!!!
This is where you come in….we are asking for generous donations from our community people and businesses to fill out our 78 prizes. Each of the 78 prizes will hopefully have a minimum prize value of $50.00, so we ask that your generous prize donation have that minimum amount. If you are really in the mood to play Santa Claus…..you are welcome to provide as many prizes as you like and you will be acknowledged for each donation you make. Donations do NOT have to be a company logo’d item at all. For example, you can provide gift cards for retail, gas, restaurant, etc., but you will be listed as the generous Donor! We do ask that your gift not be a “discount” or “coupon” for something….but a full-fledged GIFT!
We also ask that you let us know the full retail value of your donation!
We will be publicizing and promoting this fundraising event on social media, and the Winter Park/Maitland Observer will be running ads to promote the “12 Days…!”. Then on December 22nd, the Observer will run a full page ad,
listing all the Donors, Prizes and Winners!
Great publicity for the gift giving season!!!
If you are wondering what things you can donate, there are lots of choices…
Retail Gift Cards, Visa Gift Cards, Restaurant Gift Cards, Gas Gift Cards,
Gift Baskets, Cars, Cruises….and even good ol’ Christmas Green CASH!
If a prize donation is under the $50.00 amount, not to worry, we will combine donations to make sure that each of the 78 prizes is at least a $50.00 value.
The Maitland Chamber is a 501(c)(6) and our Tax ID # is 59-1002378 if you need this information for your donation records. Please be aware that not all donations are tax deductible, but your donation is graciously accepted and appreciated.
