The Maitland Area Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce our
Annual “12 Days Of Christmas!”.
Here’s a little bit about “12 Days…!” and how it works…
Tickets are sold from November 1st through November 30th, for $10/each or 3 for $25! Beginning on the first Monday in December, we will hold daily drawings for 12 Days. On the 1st day of drawings, the “12th Day of Christmas” there will be 12 prizes awarded, on the 2nd day, the “11th Day of Christmas” there will be 11 prizes awarded and so on down through a total of 12 days, when on the “1st Day of Christmas”,
one lucky winner will win
$500 CHRI$TMA$ CA$H!!!
This is a total of 78 prizes in all! WOW! Merry Christmas!!!
This is where you come in….we are asking for generous donations from our community people and businesses to fill out our 78 prizes. Each of the 78 prize packages will have a minimum prize value of $50.00, so we ask that your generous prize donation have that minimum amount, if possible. If you are really in the mood to play Santa Claus…..you are welcome to provide as many prizes as you like and you will be acknowledged for each donation you make. Donations do NOT have to be a company logo’d item at all. For example, you can provide gift cards for retail, gas, restaurant, etc., but you will be listed as the generous Donor! We do ask that your gift not be a “discount” or “coupon” for something….but a full-fledged GIFT!
We also ask that you let us know the full retail value of your donation!
We will be publicizing and promoting this fundraising event on social media, and the Winter Park/Maitland Observer will be running ads to promote the “12 Days…!”.
Then the week after the final drawing, the Observer will run an ad,
listing all the Donors, Prizes and Winners!
Great publicity for the gift giving season!!!
If you are wondering what things you can donate, there are lots of choices…
Retail Gift Cards, Visa Gift Cards, Restaurant Gift Cards, Gas Gift Cards,
Gift Baskets, Cars, Cruises….and even good ol’ Christmas Green CASH!
If a prize donation is under the $50.00 amount, not to worry, we will combine donations to make sure that each of the 78 prizes is at least a $50.00 value.
The Maitland Chamber is a 501(c)(6) and our Tax ID # is 59-1002378 if you need this information for your donation records. Please be aware that not all donations are tax deductible, but your donation is graciously accepted and appreciated.
